Has spent more than 20 years in Executive Management positions in Finance. For the last eleven years Ms. Chaput has managed growing call center organizations. Ms. Chaput joined UpSource, Inc. from The Share Group, where she was CFO, and recently orchestrated the sale of the company. During Ms. Chaput’s tenure at Share, the company grew revenues to $20M a year and became the market leader in outbound tele-services for progressive non-profits. Ms. Chaput developed unit cost model for Share Group that improved productivity while maintaining quality. Prior to joining Share Group, Ms. Chaput served as CFO for DSI, a distributor of wholesale food products to higher educational institutions and hospitals. Ms. Chaput has her MBA from Simmons. Charles Miller | Chief Technology Officer
Has more than 14 years of tactical and strategic contact center experience specializing in maximizing technology and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical decision makers to achieve business objectives quickly, effectively, and economically. Prior to joining UpSource, Inc., Mr. Miller spent the last 8 years working for Verizon managing technology and security for over 30 in house and outsourced contact centers located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, India, and the Philippines. Mr. Miller also worked as a consultant for Verizon/Bell Atlantic and Gateway supporting contact center operations and technology. Mr. Miller holds a BBA and a BS CIS from Saint Leo University. Michelle Steinmeyer | Vice President Operations
Brings with her over 13 years of operations and customer service management experience. Most recently as Director, Customer Service at Learning Express.com where she developed and implemented the customer service and fulfillment operations for an e-commerce division. Michelle has extensive experience in process engineering and improvement, utilizing Kiazen and TQM methodologies. During her tenure as the Manager of the Field Support Contact Center for First Foto, she restructured the contact center to align with the company’s sales and service strategy, which resulted in a 15 percent improved in customer satisfaction. Susan Cohen | Vice President Client Services
Has 20 years of sales and marketing experience in technology and service, more than eight years working in the call center technology sector. Prior to joining UpSource, Inc., Ms. Cohen was VP of Sales and Customer Services at !hey Inc, a provider of customer interaction technology. Before working at !hey, Ms. Cohen was VP of Marketing for Nabnasset Corporation a CTO software provider who was acquired by Quintus Corporation and later Avaya. At Nabnasset, Ms. Cohen was responsible for the development of the company’s reseller relationship with Avaya/Lucent Telecommunications, growing the business to $7 M a year. Previous to Nabnasset, Ms. Cohen worked for BBN and Applied Expert Systems. Ms. Cohen holds an MBA from the University of Georgia. Ms. Cohen joined UpSource, Inc. in 2002. back to about
